Surgical steel circular barbells. Pleasant to look at, touch, very smooth, returns very well with soap. The circular barbells shape makes it possible to insert diameters which could not pass by the end of the foreskin. Once to insert it is enough to still turn it of a half turn so that it does not fall all alone. As there is still place, I add a latex cockring.

I did not find bigger size, if somebody know or one can get steel chirugical circular barbells of more important size or cockring, I want well that it me sending information.
Fer à cheval en acier chirurgical. Agréable à regarder, à toucher, très lisse, rentre très bien avec du savon. La forme en fer à cheval permet d'insérer des diamètres qui ne pourraient passer par l'extrémité du prépuce. Une fois insérer il suffit de le tourner encore d'un demi tour pour qu'il ne tombe pas tout seul. Comme il y a encore de la place, je rajoute un cockring en latex.
Les dimensions : diamètre du fer : 12,7mm, diamètre interne : 38mm
