Surgical steel circular barbells, gauge : 1/2", size : 1-1/2", a pressure inside the foreskin displaces air which not to return more. The skin seems to be on a bone, with a skeletal appearance. The foreskin is very soft, the pleasant feeling.

Le fer à cheval, diamètre du fer : 12,7mm, diamètre interne : 38mm, une pression à l'intérieur du prépuce chasse l'air qui ne plus rentrer. La peau semble être sur un os, avec une apparence squelettique. Le prépuce est très doux, la sensation agréable.

I start with a small ring then a circular barbells cuts 00G, diameter: 1-3/4” which is placed around the first ring. It is the largest circular barbells which I manage to insert.

Je commence par un petit anneau puis un fer a cheval taille 10mm, diamètre : 44mm qui se place autour du premier anneau. C'est le plus gros fer à cheval que j'arrive à insérer.

The circular barbells shape makes it possible to insert diameters which could not pass by the end of the foreskin. Once to insert it is enough to still turn it of a half turn so that it does not fall all alone. As there is still place, I add a latex cockring.

I did not find bigger size, if somebody know or one can get steel chirugical circular barbells of more important size or cockring, I want well that it me sending information.

Fer à cheval en acier chirurgical. Agréable à regarder, à toucher, très lisse, rentre très bien avec du savon. La forme en fer à cheval permet d'insérer des diamètres qui ne pourraient passer par l'extrémité du prépuce. Une fois insérer il suffit de le tourner encore d'un demi tour pour qu'il ne tombe pas tout seul. Comme il y a encore de la place, je rajoute un cockring en latex.

A more important balloon, a muzzle of inflatable mouth with an opening to let pass the air. Once the balloon inflated and well in place, of the air is sent in the opening power station to inflate the foreskin.

Un ballon plus important, un bâillon de bouche gonflable avec un orifice pour laisser passer l'air. Une fois le ballon gonflé et bien en place, de l'air est envoyé dans l'orifice centrale pour gonfler le prépuce.

A simple small balloon which inflates. Once it is inflated a little, it holds all alone in place. To have a maximum of pleasure, it should be withdrawn in less deflated possible.

Un simple petit ballon qui se gonfle. Une fois qu'il est un peu gonflé, il tient tout seul en place. Pour avoir un maximum de plaisir, il faut le retirer en le moins dégonflé possible.
